Furthermore, EMS offers tester interfaces that establish vital electrical connections between the primary test unit and wafer probers or integrated circuit (IC) handlers. Its portfolio extends to Scorpion flying probe test systems, which are robotic electronic testing platforms, complemented by comprehensive application support services.
