Finally, the Stabilized Joint Venture division manages and holds interests in several key properties. These include a residential apartment building featuring 305 units, complemented by approximately 14,430 square feet of ground-floor retail space. It also encompasses another residential apartment building offering 264 units alongside 6,758 square feet of retail area. Furthermore, this segment includes a 294-unit garden-style apartment community located in Henrico County, Virginia, which comprises 19 three-story apartment buildings, totaling 273,940 rentable square feet.
