(NASDAQ: BJRI) today announced the appointment of Christopher W. Brandt and James D. White to the Company's Board of Directors as independent directors, effective September 3, 2026. Mr. Brandt will serve as a member of the Governance and Nominating Committee, and Mr. White will serve as a member of the Compensation Committee of the Board. The appointment of Messers. Brandt and White brings the total number of the Company's board members to ten.
